What AI consulting means for us
It starts with a process that costs time: enquiries someone types up, invoices someone checks, knowledge only one colleague has. We look at that process, check the data and interfaces, and assess whether AI will help there.
If it will, we stay on. The people who advised you also build the solution, connect it to your systems and look after it afterwards. The concept never has to be handed over to another provider.

Assessing where AI fits
Which processes are suitable for AI, what implementation costs and what it delivers. The starting point is the AI Potential Check, covering up to three processes with a written result.
AI implementation and automation
AI reads emails, PDFs and forms, checks them against ERP or CRM and prepares a draft. Steps with consequences, such as dispatch or posting, are approved by a person.
AI agents
Within a limited task, an AI agent decides for itself which tool to use next, for example a search in company knowledge or a query in the ERP. We use agents where a fixed process is not enough. We limit their rights through approvals and logging.
On-premise AI and data security
The language models run on a server on your premises, and documents and inputs do not leave your network. This includes role-based access, separate network segments, encrypted connections and logging.
AI adoption in your team
We train your teams on real tasks, write the AI policy with you, appoint key users in the departments and measure whether the tools are being used.
Support in ongoing operation
After go-live we monitor the solution and install updates. Before switching to a new model we test it with reference questions, and we adapt processes when your workflows change. We agree the scope in advance.
Where the AI runs: on site, in an EU cloud or both
For engineering data, HR records or customer projects, we usually recommend running on your own hardware, in other words on-premise. For less sensitive tasks, a provider with a data centre in the EU can be cheaper. We decide this for each process individually and document which data goes where.

Initial consultation
About 30 minutes, free of charge. We ask about the process and your systems and assess whether AI makes sense there.
AI Potential Check
Up to three processes, covering data, interfaces, expected benefit and a recommendation on whether a pilot is worthwhile. You receive the results in writing.
Pilot
A clearly defined process is implemented and tested on real cases. This often takes four to six weeks if data, interfaces and a contact person are available.
Rollout
Connection to production systems, permissions, error handling, documentation and training for everyone involved.
Operation
We monitor the solution, install updates and adapt it. We agree the scope in advance.

Whether an AI project works shows in day-to-day business. That is why we look at processes where they happen: in sales support, in production planning, in the warehouse. With short distances we can do that more often and with little effort.
We do analysis, workshops and training at your premises. If something gets stuck after go-live, someone who built the solution comes by.
