What happens in the initial consultation?
We spend about 30 minutes on a process, your systems and your data. At the end we tell you whether AI makes sense there and what a first step could look like, usually the AI Potential Check.
Does the initial consultation cost anything?
No. The initial consultation is free and non-binding. We only quote a price once you want to commission a next step, and we do so in writing beforehand.
How quickly do you reply after we get in contact?
Usually within one working day. We suggest two dates, and you pick one or propose another.
Who from our company should take part?
Ideally the person responsible for the process. If interfaces are involved, someone from IT helps. For the first conversation one person is often enough.
What should we prepare?
A short description of the process: how often it occurs, which documents and systems are involved and where most time is lost today. Sample documents help but are not required.
Does the conversation take place on site or by video?
Both are possible. Analysis, workshops and training later usually take place at your premises.
Is there funding for an AI project?
For projects of companies with fewer than 50 employees in Bavaria, the Digitalbonus Bayern may apply. The application must be submitted before you place an order. More on the AI Potential Check page.
